Volunteers are needed that can server as little as 10 minutes or 5 hours a month in the following areas:
-- GREETING, VOLUNTEER and TABLE HOST COMMITTEE
Coordinate attendee sign-up and table hosts. Maintain name tags for volunteers and attendees. Provide information to attendees. Coordinate volunteers for events.
-- PROGRAM and SPEAKERS COMMITTEE
Develop program modules. Develop and maintain list of speakers. Coordinate with tech team to post speaker presentations. Coordinate with special event leadership.
-- INDUSTRY GUIDE COMMITTEE
Develop and maintain list of advisors and guides. Develop and maintain advisor/guide sign-up process. Coordinate with CCM small groups.
-- COMMUNICATIONS and MARKETING COMMITTEE
Develop marketing and communications channels for ministry. Coordinate with FBCW staff regarding ministry communications.
-- PRAYER WARRIORS COMMITTEE
Coordinate on-site and off-site prayer warrior volunteers. Capture and maintain attendee's prayer request. Coordinate with FBCW's Prayer Ministry.
-- COUNSELING COMMITTEE
Coordinate and communicate with FBCW’s Ministry staff as needed. Utilize Pastoral Care training materials for teachers and care-group leaders.
-- FUNDING, SPONSOR and PARTNER COMMITTEE
Develop target list of sponsors, partners and funding sources. Develop and maintain CCM budget, cashflow and other financial details as needed.
-- TECHINCAL SUPPORT COMMITTEE
Develop and maintain Website, Social Networking Groups, Database Development and Internet Branding.
-- FOOD SERVICES and FACILITY COMMITTEE
Provide small food, drinks or dinners for events. Coordinate with FBCW's Food Ministry. Organize and set up meeting rooms for CCM events as needed. Coordinate with FBCW's Facility Team.

I thoroughly enjoyed the meeting last evening, and wanted to thank you for all of your efforts in making it possible. The interaction with the attendees and the energy of the speakers is truly uplifting.
You mentioned that you needed additional volunteers. I am enthusiastic about becoming more involved in the ministry and would like to volunteer for whatever areas need help (big V).
I have been "stuck" struggling with fear, self-confidence, motivation, and clarity as to what type of work I want to pursue. Attending the meetings has been extremely helpful to me, and helping me to move FORWARD. I continue to pray that I will find not just a "JOB", but something I enjoy and where HE needs me.
